Located in Bella Vista, the ResMed corporate campus encompasses 12 hectares of extensively landscaped grounds. Comprising 2 main complexes, Toland undertook the masterplanning, architecture and interiors of the entire campus. The 25,000sqm Manufacturing Centre accommodates ResMed’s manufacturing and warehousing facilities whilst the 16,000sqm Innovation Centre is home to their administrative and research/development facilities. Completed over the period 2001 – 2007, the development incorporates many sustainable design initiatives across its architecture, interiors and landscaping.
The Innovation Centre was shortlisted in the 2007 Interior Design Excellence Awards (IDEA) and won the 2006 MBA National Award for Commercial Buildings ($25m+) for contractors AW Edwards.
