The Dapto store marked the second collaboration with Fish Feast and required adaptation within an inherited tenancy layout. The existing plan was largely retained, with targeted interventions to better support the brand’s evolving offer and operational requirements.
A former poultry section was removed and replaced with a new cooked-food offering, incorporating updated equipment and bespoke display counters. Outdated wall graphics were stripped back, and a cluttered ceiling plane was rationalised to improve visual clarity and lighting performance.
The refreshed interior applies the established Fish Feast brand language across floors, walls and ceilings, ensuring continuity with the flagship store while responding to the constraints of the site. Focused lighting over the primary seafood displays enhances product visibility, framed by black metal and mesh elements that introduce contrast and definition. The result is a cohesive and recognisable retail environment that reinforces brand consistency while elevating the customer experience.
